What is specific Oz book price? It depends on many various factors.
Which is book edition and printing?
What is the book condition ? Are all color plates (illustrations) are present? Any "extra" color plates? Some edition might have duplicate plates and text pages that will make the book an error book.
Are all color plates attached? Do color plates have any damage? Is any color plates are reinserted (glued back to the book)?
Are all color plates in the right positions in the book that matches an Oz reference book?
Does color plates reinserted in the right position of the book where they belong originally? Is it done professionally?
Is there is a coloring by a child? If it is, is it done by pen, pencil, paint or crayons? How neatly coloring is done? Is it distracting?
Are endpapers present and correct? Do end papers in one piece and attached to the binding?
How strong are the hinges? Front, back, internal and external hinges? Are the hinges split? Are they repaired? How are they repaired with glue, tape or professionally with Japanese tissue papers?
Is there a front pictorial label? Which pictorial label is it (many went through more than one)? Is there any damage to the front label?
Is there a dust jacket? Is dust jacket from original book? Many collectors interchange dust jackets from later edition of the same title. Is any imperfection in dust jacket matching imperfections in the book cover?
What is the condition of the binding? Is there are gaps between the signatures?
Is there foxing in a book (brown spots)? It is usually depends where the book was stored and which part of the country.
Is there insect damage internally or externally by book worm?
Is there was sun exposure that effected a spine of the book that might be a different color from the rest of the book covers?
Is there water damage? Which part of the book is affected? Is water extended to the color plates?
Are there any special features (like the colored pages of the first and early edition of “Road to Oz")?
